Our Values

We’re here
to serve you

Pans is for you, for you to enjoy. We want you to leave our restaurants with a smile on your lips. This is what matters most (and if you leave laughing, so much the better). So we take great care that you always find our restaurants impeccable, that our workers are as nice as can be, and all our products are to your liking.

We work every day so that when you leave Pans, you’re already planning to return.

Quality crazy

Pans is at the forefront of quality standards. You want it in less technical terms? OK, so do we. Here goes.
All of us at Pans, especially our Quality departments, strive every day to bring you the best, the freshest and tastiest products. and get them to arrive at just the right time. Our entire supply chain is designed to meet the highest expectations, yours and ours.

The more,
the merrier

Today, in Pans we employ nearly 2,000 people in Spain. In our “Restaurant Support Centre” there is a team of professionals (and very professional they are) from all sectors. Also we to take care of our own, that’s why we focus on internal promotion, in fact, over 25% of our workforce at the plant comes from our restaurants.

We are also very keen on reaching agreements, including the employment area, so we offer our employees flexible working hours so that they can adapt to life outside the company.

We get serious
when we talk about commitment

“The greatest show on Earth is a valiant man struggling against adversity; but there is another even greater: seeing another man rush to his aid.” Oliver Goldsmith, British writer. (1728-1774)

We don’t only have sandwiches in Pans and, being aware that the success of a company is not just about numbers, in 2003 we created our “Club Solidario” (Solidarity Club). This is where we promote initiatives to bring our commitment to life. Projects in which the company and the employees are involved.

We have conducted many campaigns to assist the integration of disadvantaged people, protect the environment and promote culture. Always with the aim of helping to create a more just, healthy and cultured society.

Current projects

Currently, we working with the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality on the awareness campaign “There’s a way out of gender violence”, providing spaces to publicize the available resources to combat violence and facilitating the employment of people who have suffered from this kind of violence.
