La entidad mercantil PANSFOOD, S.A.U. (en adelante, \u201cPANS COMPANY<\/strong>\u201d), con CIF n\u00famero CIF: A-58.634.726, domiciliada en Carrer Cerdanya, 10-12, Planta 7\u00aa, 08173, Sant Cugat del Vall\u00e8s (Barcelona), inscrita en el Registro Mercantil de Barcelona, como entidad organizadora, titular de los derechos de uso de la marca denominada Pans Company, realizar\u00e1 una promoci\u00f3n denominada \u201cENCUESTA GES”, con la finalidad de conocer la opini\u00f3n del consumidor sobre los restaurantes de la marca, en las condiciones detalladas en las cl\u00e1usulas de las presentes bases.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Primera.- \u00c1mbito territorial<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Esta promoci\u00f3n se lleva a cabo en todo el territorio del Estado Espa\u00f1ol (Pen\u00ednsula y Baleares).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

La ENCUESTA GES se llevar\u00e1 a cabo desde el 6 de Abril del 2021 hasta el 31 de Diciembre del 2030, ambos inclusive.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Tercera.- Mec\u00e1nica de participaci\u00f3n y restaurantes adheridos<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLa campa\u00f1a ENCUESTA GES lleva asociada una promoci\u00f3n: respondiendo a la encuesta el cliente tiene derecho a disfrutar de un bocadillo gratis siempre y cuando cumpla con los siguientes requisitos:\n

  1. Para participar en la encuesta y acceder a la promoci\u00f3n, ser\u00e1 necesario que el usuario realice y complete la encuesta GES alojada en www.miexperienciapans.com. Al terminar la encuesta, el usuario recibir\u00e1 un c\u00f3digo promocional que le dar\u00e1 acceso a dicha promoci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n \t
  2. El usuario deber\u00e1 presentar este c\u00f3digo promocional en cualquier restaurante Pans&Company para disfrutar de la promoci\u00f3n. Quedan excluidos los restaurantes Pans&Company ubicados en Aeropuertos, Estaciones de AVE y tren, otras concesionarias y Pans&Company Castell\u00f3n. <\/li>\n \t
  3. Los usuarios obtendr\u00e1n un bocadillo gratis por la compra de unas patatas y bebida medianas por 4,50\u20ac (a escoger entre Pechuga Pollo, British Bacon, Serrano Brie o Lomo, queso y bacon. Disponible alternativa vegana: Heura Classic y celiaca: Bacon y Queso sin gluten).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nEsta promoci\u00f3n no es acumulable a otros descuentos y\/o promociones. Promoci\u00f3n canjeable durante un periodo de 30 d\u00edas desde la fecha de emisi\u00f3n.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    La participaci\u00f3n de esta promoci\u00f3n implica la aceptaci\u00f3n de las presentes bases legales de la misma por parte de los participantes y el criterio de los organizadores para la resoluci\u00f3n de cualquier incidencia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Promoci\u00f3n no acumulable a otras ofertas o descuentos.<\/p>

    La empresa se reserva el derecho a modificar, suspender, cancelar o ampliar esta promoci\u00f3n, sin que ello suponga un deber de indemnizaci\u00f3n de ning\u00fan tipo.<\/p>

    Asimismo, se reserva la facultad de adoptar cuantas medidas resulten oportunas para evitar cualquier conducta que tenga por finalidad actuar en fraude de la presente promoci\u00f3n, cuya primera e inmediata consecuencia ser\u00e1 la exclusi\u00f3n del participante.<\/p>

    The company PANSFOOD, S.A.U. (hereinafter, \u201cPANS COMPANY<\/strong>\u201d), with tax ID number A-58.634.726, headquartered in Cerdanya street, 10-12, Planta 7\u00aa, 08173, Sant Cugat del Vall\u00e8s (Barcelona), listed in the Barcelona Business Registry as the organising entity and owner of the rights to use the Pans Company trademark, will hold a campaign called \u201cGES SURVEY\u201d for the purpose of determining consumers\u2019 opinion of the company\u2019s restaurants, under the conditions specified in these TC.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    The GES SURVEY will be conducted from April, 6th 2021 until December, 31st 2030 (both inclusive).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Three - Method of participation and participating restaurants<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAssociated with the GES SURVEY is a promotion whereby filling out the survey entitles the customer to receive one free sandwich, contingent on satisfying the following requirements:\n

    1. To take part in the survey and be eligible for the promotion, the user must complete the GES survey, available at www.miexperienciapans.com. Upon completing the survey, the user will receive a coupon that includes a unique code. This code will give the user access to the promotion.<\/li>\n \t
    2. Promotional codes can only be redeemed at Pans&Company restaurants. Restaurants located in Airports, train stations, other licensed locations and Pans&Company Castell\u00f3n are excluded.<\/li>\n \t
    3. Users will receive a free sandwich with the purchase of medium chips and a drink for 4.50\u20ac (choose from Chicken Breast, British bacon, Serrano Brie or Pork tenderloin Bacon and Cheese. Vegan alternative available: Heura Classic. Coeliac alternative available: gluten-free Bacon and Cheese).\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nThe promo code can only be used once. Promos can’t be combined.
